YES! We finally have some real progress on the house. I don't know who lit a fire under who, but last week was a flurry of activity and this week was even better. Last week work began on the siding outside and the drywall inside. The last of the concrete was poured and we planned where the utilities are going to be dug (we're only going to be losing 2 trees :-). The other night we had to sit down and decide on doorknobs - both of us are so burnt out on decisions that we are to the point of "Does it open the door?? Good, I love it! Decision made." I would love to say that's the last decision we'll need to make, but I know that's not true - no telling what is next. But I'm actually starting to believe that we might be in by Christmas!! As I'm writing this, the ditches for the utilities are being dug. Woo hoo!

| Board and batten siding. The door will eventually be red! |
| Cedar shake on the gables |
| The back of the house is completed except for the gable fascia |
| Drywall is up in the entire house and the mudding continues - hopefully will be done this week. The crew is small but they are working 6 days a week and often show up before dawn. |
| Great room back wall! |
| The siding should be completed this week :-) |
